OSECE is Oregon’s statewide center that provides training, technical assistance, and fidelity reviews to support high-quality IPS Supported Employment programs. It is the state’s “division-approved reviewer” for IPS programs.

What is IPS Supported Employment?

Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based model of supported employment that helps people with mental health conditions (SPMI) find and keep competitive jobs of their choosing.

Who does IPS Supported Employment serve?

IPS is designed for individuals with serious mental health conditions who want to work—anyone who expresses interest is eligible, regardless of symptoms or past experiences.
